Subscription terms

Otha subscriptions are sold by Mark Barnes. Card statements may show MARK BARNES. For Otha billing support, contact intel@markvizion.com.

Price and renewal

Home costs $19 USD per month. Studio costs $49 USD per month and includes Home access. Applicable tax is additional and shown before payment. One subscription covers the same signed-in Otha account across both sites. Checkout identifies the seller and total. Payments renew monthly until cancelled. No free trial is offered.

Access and limitations

See the current feature list on the plans page before subscribing. Paid plans do not include hosted voice, cloud music storage, an always-running offline bot, or the private OnyxBot Cinema editor. Text chat keeps the displayed daily and shared service limits. Imported music and branding files stay on your device and must be selected again after reopening. Apartment finishes have separate saves. Your companion and conversation continue while switching homes within one visit. Chat resets on reload; companion account copies are saved and restored manually from Free home Settings. A successful payment and confirmed subscription are required for paid access. Overdue, unpaid, cancelled or expired subscriptions may lose paid access; Free remains available. We may suspend access for misuse under the platform’s community rules.

Cancellation and plan changes

Use Manage billing on the plans page to cancel renewal or update a payment method. Cancellation at period end preserves access through the successfully paid period. Contact support if the billing portal is unavailable or you need to change plans. Future price changes will be communicated before taking effect; this release does not automatically reprice existing subscriptions.

Refunds and support

For billing errors, duplicate payments, cancellation help or refund requests, email intel@markvizion.com with your account email and receipt reference. Do not send payment card details. Requests are reviewed individually; these terms do not exclude rights that apply under consumer law.

Payment data

Stripe processes checkout and payment details. Otha stores the account-to-customer link, subscription status, plan, billing period, checkout consent version and event identifiers needed to deliver and support your subscription. Card numbers are not stored by Otha. Contact support for account or billing-data requests; payment records may need to be retained where required.
